Includes: - An evaluation of your ocular health by screening for a wide range of eye disorders and diseases such as: Astigmatism, Dry Eye, Allergies, Glaucoma, Macular Degeneration, and more. - Photo documentation of the eyes to track progression of any diseases with advanced technologies like Optos. - Determine best fit, material, and type of contact lens. - Prescription for glasses and contact lenses. - Determines candidacy for procedures such as Lasik and Cataract surgery.
