Owner
  • Provides leadership and strategic direction for the business
  • Oversees high-level organizational decisions and long-term goals
  • Manages and supports staff to ensure alignment with company values
  • Maintains financial oversight and operational efficiency
Operations Manager
  • Streamlines daily operations to ensure smooth workflow across all departments
  • Manages software systems, hardware, and technology used in the office
  • Provides technical support and troubleshooting for staff
  • Ensures compliance with company processes and policies
  • Assists with vendor management and supply chain needs
Optometrist
  • Performs comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments
  • Diagnoses and manages ocular health conditions
  • Provides treatment plans and patient education
  • Ensures a high standard of patient care and medical accuracy
  • Collaborates with the optical team to meet patients' visual needs
Optical Sales Associate
  • Assists patients in selecting frames, lenses, and lens options based on prescriptions and lifestyle needs
  • Places orders for eyewear and follows up on order status
  • Maintains organization and cleanliness of the optical area
Receptionist
  • Schedules patient appointments and manages the appointment calendar
  • Handles patient communications including callbacks and general inquiries
  • Manages the check-in and check-out process, including payment collection
  • Provides intake forms to patients and ensures all required paperwork is completed
  • Monitors and responds to online reviews and feedback
  • Provides a welcoming, professional front-desk experience for all patients
Interns
  • Assists with basic office tasks to support the entire team
  • Performs initial testing during the patient intake process under supervision
  • Helps maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the office
  • Assists with answering phones, greeting patients, and general front desk duties
  • Provides support to staff as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Gains hands-on experience in an optometry practice environment

All PTO requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance for approval. PTO is subject to
